circulated by Patriarchy
requiring effort and analysis;
for it (like most techniques of its ilk)
is draining, and disempowering, and ineffectual
while bolstering and propping up the illusion
of the self-righteous ego.
It is one of Patriarchy’s
more insidiously effective means
of defanging the tigress of Matriarchy.
However when the eagle of “conscious living”
is held aloft by the two wings of centeredness and spontaneity
(that are born from the union
of transformative mindfulness and liberating meditation)
then is flows:
spontaneously, habitually, easily and effectively;
like Qui Gon Jinn’s
dance with The Force.
